The midwife would extremely help to got me discharged, she made sure my daughter was tested for jaundice as she was been really and got the results back fast. I feel she went above and beyond.

All staff involved in our care were lovely and genuinely took as personal interest in and our care.
Due to understanding and lack of space, if look for longer than it should have to be put on a post natal ward.

Good.
- Friendly staff.
- Regular offers of food and drink.
- Some staff clearly enjoy their job.
Improved.
- More clarity given to us regarding the whole ward stay. The process/plan from entry to ward all the through to discharge could have been explained.

How they paid attention to the mother and the baby, they were careful and very polite.
